WOODLAND PARK — The owner of a Woodland Park massage parlor was arrested Wednesday on charges she was running a brothel out of the business.

People here are big on community. Every neighborhood’s got its own flavor. I mean, you got the uptown vibe on Birchwood Lane and the homey feel of suburban roads over at Hickory Drive. It's all connected, like a big dating network!
