As I’m walking back, I pass by the Chislehurst Library. I’ve always loved that place. It’s cozy, and the smell of books is just... mmm. I pop in for a quick browse. I find this old book about Chislehurst’s history. I’m flipping through it, and it’s like a time machine. I’m learning about the old manor houses and the famous people who lived here.
