Wow has so many repetitive quests. Is there any way I can know a quest should be avoided/has a special mechanic or something?

After a bit, the rain lets up. I step outside for a breather. The air smells fresh, like pine and wet earth. I take a deep breath, and then I see it. A rainbow! Right over the lake.
