Later, I’m back in the kitchen, and I decide to experiment. I’m mixing chocolate with some local Limburgse vlaai. I’m thinking, “This could be genius or a total flop.” I’m pouring in the chocolate, and it’s like magic! The smell is insane. I can’t wait to see their faces when they try it.
