First off, I head down to the market on de Hoofdstraat. I’m just tryna grab some supplies, ya know? But then, bam! I run into old Jan. That dude’s always got some wild story. He starts rambling about how he saw a fox in the park near de Korenbloemstraat. A fox! In Lindenheuvel! I mean, come on, that’s like seeing a unicorn. I’m half-listening, half-rolling my eyes, but he’s so animated, I can’t help but chuckle.
