Oh, and here’s a weird one—did ya know “whore” comes from some old-ass Norse word, “hora”? Meant “adulteress” or somethin’, but also tied to “love” way back. How’s that for a twist? So, I hit the streets. I’m walking down Via Roma, and it’s buzzing. Like, people everywhere. Tourists snapping pics of the Santuario di Loreto. I mean, it’s a beautiful place, but c’mon, how many selfies do you need? I almost tripped over a kid trying to get the perfect angle. Like, dude, chill. It’s just a church, not a rock concert.
