After cleaning up my sugary mess, I decide to take a breather. I step outside, and wow, Gliwice is buzzing! The market on ul. Rynek is alive with vendors selling fresh veggies and flowers. I grab a quick bite from a food truck. Best zapiekanka ever! I’m munching away, and this old lady comes up to me. She’s like, “You’re the baker, right?
