History and culture

Greytown is situated in the beautiful, rolling hills of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. It is sometimes referred to as the ‘Jewel of KwaZulu-Natal’ because of its scenic surroundings and quaint charm.

Then there’s the Zulu River that just shimmers near Riverside Drive. I swear, its flow is like life—meandering, twisty, but always magical. I once got so lost walking by it that I ended up in Crazy Joe’s cafe on Sandal Road, which is where coffee meets cool vibes. Man, that moment made my whole day, but then I got mad when they were out of my fave latte flavor. Total bummer, but hey, it happens!
