Feb 10,  · Four people are facing charges stemming from promoting and patronizing a prostitute after police responded to reports of a disturbance this morning in Willimantic, police said in a news release. When officers responded, they learned a verbal argument turned physical when a known prostitute was not paid for her services, police said.
