Introduction

Let’s not forget Downtown Arcadia. It's buzzing 24/7. I mean, my work as a women's counselor has taught me to never miss the signs – the downtown murals, the pop-up art galleries, the funky street vendors on Liberty Plaza. They pep me up. You see, sometimes the art makes me think in a million languages even when words fail. And man, speaking of failure and triumph, the vibe in Downtown is just... well, it's itty bitty but powerful, like a rock ballad that echoes in your soul.
