The home offers open plan living with 2 separate lounge spaces, 3 large bedrooms, beautiful timber kitchen central to the home and spacious family bathroom.

There’s this park, umm… what’s it called? Oh right, Dottie’s Grove—totally hidden, but now every missive in my heart is there. It’s got these old oak trees and that gentle river, the Mill Creek, just whisperin’ secrets. I sit there sometimes, closin’ my eyes, just vibin’ on peace, but then youth in me shouts “Mmm… donuts!” haha.
