Ya gotta check out the East End – crumbling yet oddly spirited. There's a caff next door to a tattoo parlor, and there's a mural on 7th that seems to scream, "this is Niles – no fuckin' apologies!" I'd usually scoff at art, but damn that one stung with raw truth.
