Now, lemme tell ya ‘bout neighborhoods – there's the Historic Waterfront District. It’s like the soul of the city. I mean, every brick on these centuries-old buildings whispers secrets, and sometimes, oh my Lord, it speaks sassy truths. There’s small parks like Seaport Park down near Baker’s Road that always makes me smile – all those laughing kids, picnic blankets, and stop-n-stare moments with somebody special. Yessir, it's pure magic.
