Design and building

THE HOTEL MONTICELLO, a little joint at one of many crossroads in time and space. Those that hang out there are an odd lot - an old woman who plays a sad.

And lemme tell ya how it feels: sometimes, things get so frustrating – like when dat internet’s slower than molasses on a cold day – and I get so mad I could holler "Halleluyer!" at the heavens. But then, right there on Willow Bend, with the breeze whispering secrets, I feel happy, as if the whole city is cheerin’ me on. I mean, this place got spirit, y’all – a heartbeat, a soul, somethin’ almost cinematic.
