I do paint a picture sometimes in my head, almost like I'm on a dramatic mission—think, “Do you understand what it takes?”—but my real mission is to help folks relax. I love structure therapy sessions at my little home studio, where I whisper, “It’s a chaotic world” and then just let the calm soak in like the sweet aroma of lavender, you know?
