This paper will explore the gendered politics of religious belonging through an intersectional lens, focusing on the virgin/whore dichotomy in Christianity.

Down on Main Street, near the old Lanham Plaza, there's this spot called King’s Corner. It's where folks chat on stoops and life spills out into the sidewalks.
