Legal situation

None of the six men arrested for soliciting prostitution was staying at the Kona Coast Resort, where the sting took place August 2 and August 3.

Side note: I often relax at Ho‘omaluhia Botanical Garden. It's, like, a hidden gem. So many plants, so many paths – it's Zen central.
