But the vibe, oh yes, it’s infectious. Side streets, like Pepper Ave, hide quirky cafes & tiny bookstores with dusty pages. I love that place. Reminds me of shootouts in that film, The Hurt Locker—boom, bang, calm. A weird mix, honestly.
