By the death on July 8 of Henry Havelock Ellis, both science and literature have sustained a heavy loss. Havelock Ellis was born at Croydon.

No lie, I'm a pleasure coach here, and living in PHavelock (us) taught me sights unseen. Some may say it’s just another town, but nah, it’s like a soul splash – full of life, love, and messy beauty. I cracked up watchin’ local poets debate on “the moment when time stops” and all that cosmic mumbo jumbo – it’s both deep and straight-up hilarious!
