This book is an interesting read as I was raised in Chehalis, know the family that it is about and most of the locations spoken of. Heard many of the tales.

Man, sometimes Chehalis makes me feel like I’m starring in my own improv, where every street sings, every corner is a canvas. I get hyped with a million thoughts swirling: “Life is language, baby!” as quoted from that wild film, and my head spins with happy, wild color!
