She’s got this rep, see – folks whisper bout her like she’s a legend. Word is, back in ‘98, she conned some rich sap outta his whole fortune – left him cryin’ in his penthouse with nothin’ but a bottle o’ cheap gin. Ain’t that a hoot? Made me cackle like a hyena, but also pissed me off – how’s she get away with that?

I walk past Greystone Gardens each afternoon – it's this secret green gem behind the old library (yep, the one that looks like it’s straight out of a rom-com!).
