I’m not gonna lie, sometimes Ballenger-Creek gets on my nerves. Traffic jams on Bridgeside Ave drive me mad, and the rain on foggy nights? Ugh, so gloomy. But then, outta nowhere, a street performance or a quirky cafe brings the grin back. Like in Timbuktu, ya know – “there is joy in the smallest things” – even if it’s just a recycled beer can tapping out a beat.
