Four arrested in Rochester prostitution operation

Three people were recently arrested in connection to a new business that Rochester police are saying was being used as a prostitution operation.

Oh, and I'd never forget Highland Park – pure magic in the summertime with its picnics and random jam sessions. People here bark with spirit, and every trail in Mendon, just outside of town, tells a story of escape, of finding a bit of your soul. Sometimes, I feel the city’s got a mind of its own, ya know? Sometimes it makes me mad when the traffic's a nightmare near Culver Road, sometimes it makes my heart sing when I see a couple holdin' hands by the riverbank.
