She is Margaret Vosper and she's a bit more than that. She's sort of descended to being a prostitute but the character originally had a bit more of a back.

My fav neighborhood? It's The Old Quarter. Its cobblestones tell stories of bohemian nights and sunrise gigs on the rooftop of the forgotten library at 124 Memory Lane. I always get a rush here. It makes me think "Is this real life or just another dream?"—kinda like that line from Her: "I feel like the universe is trying to tell me something."
