Alright, here we go, happy little trees! So, I’m sittin here thinkin bout - whore, ya know, that sneaky lil word that’s got more layers than a damn onion. Whore! Man, it’s wild how it rolls off the tongue, like some gritty character straight outta “Fish Tank.” You seen that flick? Andrea Arnold, 2009, my fave, hands down. It’s raw, messy, real - kinda like whore itself.

The neighborhoods here are cozy and quirky. Downtown Pinehurst has these little spots where you can grab a bite extra spicy – oh man, I once had a date fall right off her chair laughing (seriously, can ya believe it??). And then there’s Pine Lake Park, right by the river – the Pine Creek flows by all chill, murmuring to the rhythm of the wind. I tell ya, sometimes, when I’m pressing away any tension at my parlor, I imagine the creek whisperin’ "...the only difference between a pain and a pleasure is you." Not a real quote, but ya get the vibe, hehe!
