I can’t forget the local quirks. Every corner’s got its own little story: a misfit art gallery on Summit Dr, an odd little cafe on La Canada Blvd where the best freaky pastries are served, and even a bizarre, old library that sometimes hosts midnight poetry readings (seriously, I got a little freaked out but also got some inspo for my sessions, LOL). I tend to get emotional about some of these spots, like, “This place makes my heart sing, but also pisses me off when people ignore its beauty!”
