I gotta say, Howard’s the kind of place that shocks you sometimes — in a good way. Streets like College Ln and Riverside Drive hold secrets. I always get a little angry when I see trash dumped near Riverside. Ugh, seriously… but it’s all part of the vibe. Experiences shaped my mind as a family psych. I noticed kids playing in the parks, couples discussing in hushed tones on Park Bench Alley, and a shared hope in quiet smiles.
