Most full time residents are retirees and it’s a family resort destination. As a result, there aren’t as many places for young people when compared to places like Myrtle Beach. HHI is much better .

Man, where do I even start? First off, Sea Pines is like the epicenter of chill. The winding roads like Palmetto Drive – oh yeah, that one near the marshes – flash memories of family picnics, sun warmin’ our faces. Rarrgh! And dude, I sometimes walk along the shaded paths, like on Shelter Cove Drive too. C’mon, it’s so magical. People call it the little secret of island life.
