Colt Gateway is a mixed-use development offering both residential and commercial spaces. Located in our South Armory is a famous Brewery Tap Room and Cafe.

The neighborhoods are insane. Eastside, bitter but cozy, with murals on Old Hickory. West Dunes, slick and modern, but I dig its rebellious spirit. The park? Yea, Nautilus Park is like my therapy spot. I always say, “This is our refuge—where truth ain’t hard to find.” I even once spilled coffee while counselin’ a client on Serenity Rd.—classic me moment, LOL.
