I'm looking at medium-sized Colorado towns to live in, and Castle Rock looked nice to me, at least from what I can see online. Are there nice restaurants?

Sunset at “Pirate’s Perch Park” is unreal – vibrant hues, just like a wild dream meself and some cheeky nurses (ahem!) shared over a candlelit picnic. And lemme tell ye, sometimes, in a flash, I’d get so mad at the hustle that the wind even stole me hat! Yarrr, but then laugh that mad, mad laugh – ‘cause ain’t life the grandest foolery?
