After the chaos, I finally get a breather. I step outside for a quick smoke. The air’s fresh, and I can see the hills in the distance. Linwood’s got some nice views, I’ll give it that. But then, I hear this commotion. A bunch of kids are runnin’ down the street, laughin’ and shoutin’. They’re playin’ some game, and it’s like a scene from a movie. Makes me smile, y’know?
