Shepshed, a small town in the East Midlands, may not be the first place that comes to mind when thinking of urban exploration. However, this unassuming town has a rich history and a plethora .

So, first off, the heart of town beats around High Street. No kidding, it's where the old brick shops mix with the modern gloss. Mate, there's a quirky café on Station Road that’s my escape. I used to sit there after long counseling sessions – piping hot coffee to fuel the soul. I’m always thinking, “the desert of words, like in Timbuktu, echoes the silence”. It’s kind of poetic, really.
