Etymology and terminology

I apologize if I’m ramblin’, but settin’ the tone of Send is like trying to massage a knotty back – you gotta work slowly, gently, with patience and humor. Life here is a series of whirlwinds, from the caffeinated mornings at the corner café “Brew & Chew,” to boisterous nights on Rattle-Brick Street. And oh, I've lost count of the typos are like life itself – messy, unpredictable, and damn endearing.
