Finally, I make it to the park. Vova’s there, looking all serious. I’m like, “What’s up, man? You look like you just saw a ghost.” Turns out, he’s been stressing about his job. He works at the local factory on Komsomolskaya Street. I mean, who wouldn’t be stressed? The place is like a scene from a horror movie sometimes. But we laugh it off, grab some ice cream from that little stand by the fountain. Best decision ever.
