Neihu is pretty far from the center of the city. Not sure what part of Neihu you'll be staying in, but you can take the Brown Line MRT into town, plus Bus can take you to the Xinyi shopping .

After the meeting, I’m walking back, feeling like a champ. I pass by the Neihu Night Market. The smell of stinky tofu hits me. I’m like, “Nope, not today!” But then I see the bubble tea stand. Yes, please!
