Olhão stands guard over the islands of the protected Ria Formosa lagoon, home to some of the Algarve’s best. Many tourists reach the islands on a €30 day-trip but it’s just as easy to hop.

First off, I’m guiding a group of tourists. They’re all hyped to see the Ria Formosa. Beautiful spot, I mean, who wouldn’t wanna see that? But then, I realize I forgot my sunglasses. Ugh! Classic me.
