After that, I’m walking past the park by ul. Słowiańska, and I see this group of kids playing soccer. They’re yelling, laughing, just living their best lives. I felt this wave of happiness wash over me. Like, this is what it’s all about, right? But then, one of them kicks the ball too hard, and it smacks into a lady’s shopping bag. She freaks out!
