Then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring. I’m talking buckets of rain. I’m soaked, running down ul. Kościuszki, trying to find shelter. I duck into this little shop, and guess what? They’re selling the most amazing pastries! I mean, I’m drenched, but I can’t resist. I grab a paczek, and it’s like heaven in my mouth. Suddenly, I’m happy again. Who knew a pastry could change my mood so fast?
