What pisses me off? Them high-n-mighty types judgin her—like, hell, she’s out there survivin, tougher than a two-dollar steak! Finally, I manage to break free and head to the park by ul. Parkowa. It’s peaceful there, and I need a breather. I sit on a bench, watching the ducks. Just me and my thoughts. I’m thinking about how crazy today was. I mean, who knew Barczewo had pig races?
