After that, I decide to hit up the Ellerslie Racecourse. I’m not even into horse racing, but the energy is wild! People are dressed to the nines, and I’m over here in my jeans and a tee. Whatever, I’m still fabulous. I grab a sausage sizzle from a food truck. Best decision ever! I’m munching away, and suddenly, I see this horse named “Lightning Bolt” just bolt outta the gate. I’m talking full-on gallop mode. Everyone’s losing it! I’m screaming like I’m at a rock concert.
