How to get there

Leirvík is a village on Eysturoy Island in the mountainous Faroe Islands. This is the last village before entering the sub-sea tunnel to northern part of the archipelago, the Northern Isles. .

As the sun starts to set, I’m feeling all sorts of emotions. Happy, frustrated, inspired, and just plain tired. I think about how Leirvik is this mix of beauty and chaos. It’s like, one minute you’re sipping coffee, and the next you’re dodging seagulls and getting hit by soccer balls.
