Then, I head to the office on De Kade. Traffic was a nightmare. I swear, I saw a bike gang—like, actual bikers—zoom past me. They were all decked out in leather, and I’m just sitting there in my work clothes, feeling like a total loser. I mean, who knew Arnemuiden had a biker scene? I was half-expecting them to stop and challenge me to a race or something. Spoiler: I would’ve lost.
