Current situation

After that, I needed a breather. I strolled over to the park by the Chitcani Cultural Center. It’s a nice spot, but today? It was packed. Kids running everywhere, dogs barking, and I’m just trying to find a quiet bench. Finally, I plop down, and this old guy next to me starts chatting. He’s telling me about the good ol’ days in Chitcani. I’m like, “Yeah, I get it, but I gotta get back to work.”
