Prefectural overview

Tochigi Prefecture is one of only eight landlocked prefectures and its mountainous northern region is a popular tourist region in Japan. The Nasu area is known for its onsens, local sake, and ski .

So, I clean up, and I’m back on the streets. I decide to check out the Tochigi Prefectural Museum of Fine Arts. I’m thinkin’, “Culture time!” But when I get there, it’s closed. I’m like, “What the heck?!” I check the hours, and it’s supposed to be open. I’m ready to throw a fit.
