I hit up this little ramen joint on Shiroyama Street. Best decision ever! The smell hits me like a freight train. I order the tonkotsu ramen, and it’s like a hug in a bowl. Seriously, I could marry that broth. But then, the guy next to me starts talking about the weather. Like, dude, it’s Japan! It’s either raining or it’s not. Who cares?
