I ended up wandering into this tiny ramen shop. The smell? OMG, heavenly! I ordered a bowl, and it was life-changing. I mean, I could’ve cried. The broth was rich, the noodles were perfect. I was in foodie heaven. I even chatted with the owner, who was super chill. He told me about the history of the shop. Apparently, it’s been there since the 80s. Crazy, right?
