Now, here’s a tidbit I dug up—didja know “whore” pops up in the Bible more’n you’d think? Old English “hōre,” meanin’ all kinda naughty stuff, but it weren’t always so nasty. Used to just mean a gal who, well, got around—no shade! Kinda funny how it turned into this big ol’ slap in the face.
