After work, I decided to hit up a local izakaya. You know, unwind a bit. I ordered some yakitori and a cold beer. Heaven! I was chatting with the owner, who’s a total character. He told me about the history of Okazaki. Did you know it’s famous for its castle? Yeah, I didn’t either! I mean, I’ve seen it, but never really thought about it.
