So, I keep walking, and I stumble upon this little shrine tucked away on a side street. It’s called the Kawai Shrine, and it’s super quiet. I’m feeling all zen, when I hear this loud music blasting from somewhere. Turns out, there’s a festival happening! I’m like, “Why didn’t I know about this?”
