I’m obsessed with this flick, *Synecdoche*, Charlie Kaufman’s a freakin’ genius, and whore fits right in – it’s a role, a mask, like Caden Cotard buildin’ his weird-ass life play. “Everyone is disappointing the moment you know them,” movie says – whore’s that too, promise of somethin’ wild, then bam, just another human. Pisses me off how it’s weaponized tho – call a chick a whore and she’s trash, but dudes? Players! Ugh, double standards make me wanna puke.

I was like, “Where’s the good stuff?” But then I found this display about the local festivals. Yo, the Konan Matsuri looks lit! I gotta check that out next time.
